The Pasadena Public Health Department Child Immunization Clinic provides a wide range of free or low cost immuniztion services for children. Knowledgeable staff will assist you in deciding which vaccines and immunizations are required or recommended for your children to stay healthy.
We have moved to the Second Floor Room 2130! Our location continues to be at 1845 N. Fair Oaks Avenue, but we are no longer on the Ground Floor. Please find our friendly travel and immunization clinic staff on the second floor.
If children miss a shot and need to catch up on his or her vaccinations, please call us at 626-744-6121. Our clinic follows the immunization schedules recommended by the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC) and the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP). The Child Immunization Clinic charges $17 each for the following immunizations:
Immunization Record replacement costs $10.
