Water deliveries to Pasadena and other foothill communities has officially resumed, marking the end of Pasadena's Level 4 Water Shortage Emergency and outdoor watering ban.
The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California has now resumed imported water deliveries to Pasadena and other foothill cities via the Upper Feeder Pipeline. Pasadena Water and Power (PWP) would like to sincerely thank all of the residents, businesses, city officials, sister departments and the many community organizations who made drastic reductions in daily water use, assisting the city in reducing overall water demand by more than 20 percent during the shutdown.
Please note that the city's permanent water waste restrictions (PMC 13.10) remain enforced.
