Thanks to a new collaboration organized by the City of Pasadena, cash-strapped residents can tap into a wealth of assistance.
Designed specifically for low- to moderate-income families, this new partnership provides money-saving programs and low or no interest loans that help Pasadena residents buy, keep, and revitalize their homes. Program services are available through the following organizations:
Pasadena Water and Power - Rebates, Bill Assistance, Free Refrigerators, and MORE!
The City of Pasadena Housing and Career Services Department - No Cost Home Repair, Painting, and MORE!
GRID Alternatives- Low or No Cost Solar Energy Systems.

PWP will award $5,000 of home-efficiency improvements to customers that participate in programs from all four participating organizations: Pasadena Water and Power, the City of Pasadena Housing and Career Services Department, Neighborhood Housing Services of LA County and GRID Alternatives. Certain restrictions apply.
Restrictions for eligibility to receive the $5,000 bonus include receiving a Neighborhood Housing Services loan, receiving home improvements from the City of Pasadena Housing and Career Services Department's MASH program, installing a solar energy system through GRID Alternatives, and participating in any Pasadena Water and Power rebate or bill assistance program.
