Adopted on November 8, 2004
Over the past four years,
the City held over 50 public meetings and hearings at various locations
throughout the City to gather information and develop
transportation-related goals, objectives, and programs for the update of
the General Plan. The City Council approved the Draft Mobility Element in
concept on April 7, 2003 which is an integral part of the General Plan
Update, Central District Specific Plan and Zoning Code Revisions. It also
provides a framework for subsequent environmental review of transportation
impacts. The City Council adopted
the 2004 Mobility Element together with the Land Use Element, Central
District Specific Plan and Zoning Code Revisions; and certified the
Environmental Impact Report on November
8, 2004.

the high cost of printing, a limited color copies will be made available

$20 per b/w-copy).
