Project Approvals


Pre-development Plan Review held in November 2000.  CUP approved for office use on the Lake/Cordova site.  Concept Design Review approved on October 29, 2001.  Final Design Review approved by the Design Commission on January 14, 2002.  Vesting Tentative Tract Map approved on September 10, 2003.

Status


Building permit issued on June 27, 2002.  Construction of the foundation work/parking garage underway, 90% complete, with ground floor retail tenant improvements underway.  Expected completion in Spring 2004.
