Approvals |
Pre-development Plan review held
on April 19, 2000. PPR information item presented to the
City Council on June 5, 2000. CUP application for major
projects approved on July 20, 2000 along with EIR.
Concept Design approved October 22, 2001. Design
modifications approved on November 12, 2002. Final Design approved on March
7, 2003.

Building permit issued for project on December 8, 2003.
Demolition permit issued on January 12, 2004, with demolition of
existing building completed in early February 2004.
Project is completed.
