(Northwest Pasadena Plan Area, Lincoln Corridor Study Area)


Construction of an 15,000 square feet commercial development (one office building at 12,000 square feet and two retail buildings at 3,000 square feet).  In addition, restoration of 1926 structure for commercial use, approximately 5,000 square feet.  Site area:  45,060 square feet.  Parking to be provided in a 60 space parking lot on site.
