Proposed improvements to existing Kings Village complex include new
landscaping, new iron fencing, patio fences, new exterior doors to all
units, new recreation area/playgrounds, campus site descriptors, new fence
lighting, site lighting, lighted building identification, window awnings
and improvements to public transportation areas.
