The City of Pasadena, in
conjunction with local residents and business owners, formed a
partnership to develop a revitalization plan that would begin to reverse
the pattern of decline and transform Lincoln Avenue into an economically
viable area that serves both businesses and residents alike.
The Pasadena Community
Development Project, area residents, business owners and the city
jointly refer with pride to the status of the majority of these
projects as the Lincoln Avenue Corridor. Completed projects include:

constructed on a former vacant, brownfield site at the
n.e. corner of Lincoln Avenue and Mountain Street.
11 units make affordable for sale to moderate income
buyers. (Completed 1998).
