PEDESTRIAN RETAIL SURVEYS The Planning and Development Department sponsored four pedestrian intercept surveys, conducted by Gentleman Associates, for Hastings Ranch, Old Pasadena, Playhouse District and South Lake. The interviews were conducted for each district during the week of June 9, 2003.
