PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The
proposed project is the construction of a mixed use project with 22
residential units, up to 8,000 square feet of retail space on the
ground floor, over a 333 stall parking structure to serve the
residential units, retail space and to provide public parking for
the Playhouse District. The project will meet the Inclusionary
Housing Ordinance on-site with 15% moderate for-sale units. The
project will range in height from five-stories at the northern
portion of the site, dropping to three-stories on the southern
portion. The maximum height of the proposed building will be 65
feet.
