onto the existing vacant lot; Minor Conditional Use Permit for
the height of an accessory structure (28’-6”) to exceed the
maximum allowable height of 15’-0”; Variance for the height of a
single family residence (34’-6”) to exceed the maximum allowable
height of 28’-0”; Minor Variance to construct fencing and gates
in the front yard that exceed six feet in height and that are
less than 50 percent open; Certificate of Exception to adjust
the south side property line between the property at 60 South
San Rafael Ave.; and application for Private Tree Removal
