PROJECT TITLE: Hillside Development Permit #4926

The applicant, David Hibbert, A.I.A., on behalf of the property owner has submitted a Hillside Development Permit application for the construction of a 8,215 square foot, two-story, single-family house with a 456 square foot attached garage and 400 square foot detached garage. The total gross floor area would be 9,071 square feet. An additional application, a Certificate of Exception, has been submitted to consolidate two vacant land lots into one land lot of 93,219 square feet.

 

No protected trees are proposed to be removed and no Variances to any of the development standards of the Hillside Ordinance are requested. The project meets all applicable development standards with the exception of the Neighborhood Compatibility maximum size (not including garage) standard of the Hillside Ordinance, which the proposed house would exceed by 3,951 square feet.
