DESCRIPTION:
The project includes two primary changes to the
City’s adult business regulations, as well as other minor editorial
changes. The first is a clarification to the definition of “adult
business” to make the definition easier to understand and apply.
The second is a change to extend the existing 4-foot separation
between an adult business patron and an adult business performer to
include any performance of a “specified sexual activity.” The
current separation requirement only applies if the performer is
nude, and the change will do away with that limitation. The project
does not include any change to the separation requirements between
adult uses and any other land use, or change to any other land use
regulations of adult businesses.
