Large, Complex Projects
Large, complex projects require in-depth review and are handled through a special process.
Projects meeting the thresholds will go through a process called
the Pre-Application Conference(PAC). These projects also are
assigned a Case Manager, who will
assist an applicant through the review and approval process, from PPR through issuance of
a Certificate of Occupancy.
How Do I Process My Project?
We have available to you information to assist you in
planning your development in the City of Pasadena. We have created a Development Review Process Flowchart which outlines the steps you need to
take, in the correct order, to process a project that meets the PAC
Thresholds. Not all projects require a PPR, you will need to read the
thresholds to make that determination. If your project does not meet any of the thresholds
you can obtain all other permit related information from Permits, Fees and Applications.
