Many of you have asked for it, and now Pasadena Public Library is pleased to offer email notification.

Simply sign up and we'll switch you over: no more postcards!  In addition, users who have signed up to receive eNotices will receive special email reminders 3 days prior to the due date of their materials.More information


Follow the instructions below to set your delivery options
for hold/request and overdue notices.
 
Billing notices (invoices) will still be sent by surface/postal mail.More information


  • Have your library card number ready.
     

  • Have your personal identification number (PIN) ready.  (Unless you've customized your PIN, it's probably set to match the last four digits of the phone number we have on file for you.)
     

  • Click the button below and a separate login window will come up.

Log in & set your delivery preference

  • When you see the "Login" page, enter your library card number and PIN in the spaced provided, and click Login.
     

  • When you see the "Profile" page, scroll down to the Email Information section.
     

  • If you want ONLY email notices for holds and overdues, enter a current email address in the Email Information section.

    If you want ONLY surface/postal mail notices for holds and overdues, make sure the field under Email Information is completely blank.

    More information on these options is available below.
     

  • Click Update.
     

  • Finish your session by clicking Logout at the top of the "Profile" screen.
     

  • If you've chosen email notification, configure the spam or junk-mail filter on your email account to accept messages originating from the "cityofpasadena.net" domain.

That's it -- you're done!  Thanks for letting us know how you want your hold/request and overdue notices delivered.
