2009/2010 Annual Grants
and Festival & Parade Grant Programs |
|
The Pasadena
Arts & Culture Commission and the Cultural Affairs Division
of the City of Pasadena are pleased to announce the Annual
Grants Program and the Festival and Parade Program
Guidelines and application for 2009/2010. Applications must
be received no later than 5:00 p.m. on Monday, June 8, 2009
(this is not a postmark deadline).
New this year
are some important changes regarding the program structure.
In order to make smaller budget organizations more
competitive, we have split the former Arts & Culture I
category into two separate categories. There are no changes
to large budget organizations. Also, there are now limits to
the number of grants any one organization or individual can
receive in one calendar year and limits to individual
artists’ grants as once every five years. Our goal is to
strengthen the cultural life of Pasadena so that you and
your organization can focus on the important work of
producing, designing, communicating, educating and
celebrating.
Please see the
details at 2009/2010 Grants Guidelines
and Applications. If you have
any questions, you may contact Cultural Affairs:
