The Police Department is dedicated to maintaining open lines of communication with our community. As such, we welcome your comments, viewpoints, suggestions and words of praise or encouragement.

Police employees are responsible for treating people with dignity and respect. If you feel that your experience does not measure up to this value or if you would like to commend a Police employee, the Police Department wants to know.

If you suspect police misconduct, you can report it in one of several ways:

• Phone (626) 744-4241 and ask to speak with the Watch Commander.  (For MISCONDUCT only.  To report a crime, call (626) 744-4241 to speak to a Dispatcher).
• Request a supervisor respond to your location
• Respond to the Police Department and request a complaint form or download a complaint form here (also available in Spanish).  Forms may be turned in at the Police Department, an area community center, or mailed to the Chief of Police at 207 N. Garfield Ave, Pasadena, CA 91101.

Although complaints may be submitted anonymously, we strongly encourage you to provide us with contact information. This will assist the department in effectively resolving your issue and to share the outcome of any investigation with you.
