    The City will hold four scoping meetings for the project to receive comments on the scope and content of the proposed EIR.  You are welcome to attend one or more of the scoping meetings and present environmental information that you believe should be considered in the EIR.  The four scoping meetings are scheduled as follows:

    Thursday, September 12 at 6:30 PM
    Pasadena Presbyterian Church – South Hall
    585 E. Colorado Blvd.
    Park on the north side of Union St. between N. Madison Ave. and N. Oakland Ave.

    Saturday, September 14 at 9:00 AM
    Pasadena City College – Circadian Room (Bldg. CC)
    1570 E. Colorado Blvd.
    Park in Lot 3 off of Hill Ave. / $2 parking charge

    Online:  Initial Study 
    In Person:  City of Pasadena, Planning & Community Development Department, 175 N. Garfield Avenue, Pasadena, CA, 91101 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. on Friday, and at the Pasadena Central Library, 285 E. Walnut Avenue, Pasadena, CA 91101.

    Next Steps
    After the review period closes on October 21, 2013, the City will begin preparing a Draft of the General Plan EIR.  The City expects to have copies of that document available for public review in the spring of 2013.
