PROJECT NUMBER E09-15
Description: Consultant to provide various services in conjunction with the preparation of a Development Review package as part of the entitlement process for a Regional Intermodal Transportation Center at the Bob Hope Airport.
Pre-Proposal Conference: A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for July 22, 2009 at 11:00 AM. at the Skyroom of the bob Hope Airport, 2627 Hollywood Way, Second floor, Burbank, CA 91505.
Due: Qualified Consulting firms are invited to submit combined Statements of Qualifications by 5:00 P.M., August 4, 2009 to the Burbank-Glendale-Pasadena Airport Authority.

All Proposers shall register with the Airport Engineering Department either via web site or in person. Proposals submitted by firms who have not registered with Airport Engineering will be considered non-responsive.

PROJECT NUMBER E09-13, MODULE 11.5, RESIDENTIAL ACOUSTICAL TREATMENT PROGRAM
Description: The Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Installation of new doors, new windows, air conditioning, insulation and correction of some code deficiencies for five apartment buildings for a total of thirty-seven (37) units.
Pre-Bid: A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for September 10, 2009 and at 10:00 A.M. at the Bob Hope Airport Engineering Office, 2800 Clybourn, Burbank, CA 91505.
Due: Qualified Contractors are invited to submit sealed bids by 2:05 P.M September 30, 2009 to the Burbank-Glendale-Pasadena Airport Authority for Project Number E09-13, Module 11.5.

Description: The Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Installation of new doors, new windows, air conditioning, insulation and correction of some code deficiencies for fifteen (15) single family homes, a thirteen (13) unit Condo complex, two (2) duplexes and one (1) quadplex for a total of thirty-six (36) units.
Pre-Bid: A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for September 23, 2009 and at 10:00 A.M. at the Bob Hope Airport Engineering Office, 2800 Clybourn, Burbank, CA 91505.
Due: Qualified Contractors are invited to submit sealed bids by 2:05 P.M October 7, 2009 to the Burbank-Glendale-Pasadena Airport Authority for Project Number E09-14, Module 11.6.
